Baseball WA now requires all players, umpires, coaches, Volunteers and spectators/social members to register via sportslomo to ensure that everyone attending games is protected by the league’s insurances.

Clearances:
For clearances please DO NOT register online. Please download, complete and return the form below to registrar.sdbc@gmail.com. We will then sign it and send it onto the former club and BWA for clearance.
Dual Registration:
If you are registered at another club as a player or coach and you wish to also play or coach at Swans, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE you will need to complete the Dual registration form. This includes players under 18 playing in Juniors that wish to play up in the senior club. Please download, complete and return the form in the link below to registrar.sdbc@gmail.com.
Fees:
State League 1: $550
State league 2-3: $500
Social Grades A-G & Womens: $415
Jersey Deposit: $75 refundable upon return of shirt at the end of the season.

Upon registration a minimum of $150 must be paid for registration to be accepted.
Full payment of Fee’s must be paid by the First game of the season to be able to play.
Financial Hardship applications:
If you are experiencing financial hardship and wish to use a payment plan, you must apply in writing to treasurer.sdbc@gmail.com stating the reason and the payment method and frequency appropriate to your situation. The application will be reviewed and approved or rejected by the treasurer. Breaches of the payment plan without prior communication will result in cancellation of the payment plan and require outstanding fee’s to be paid before a player can play.
